Starting from 15 September 2026, the operating hours of Revo Café will change to 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The operating hours of the other restaurants remain unchanged.

OliWino Mediterranean Restaurant closed for renovation.

Sauna, steam room, and hammam are currently not operational until further notice.

The hotel does not have a jacuzzi and won’t offer this facility any longer.

In-house guests who haven’t booked a service may access the sauna and steam room for 21 USD (once available).

For guests affected by the closure of the spa facilities, they will be provided two drink vouchers upon request, which can be utilized at specified outlets and times mentioned on the voucher.

The guests are welcome to enjoy the signature massage treatments and the outdoor jacuzzi in designated areas.

Torno Subito restaurant will be closed from November 30 to December 5, reopening on December 6.

Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.

Full Board Plus includes 3 meals plus 3 hours of free drinks at certain venues.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

LIV Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast daily from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM, an à la carte lunch from 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM, and a buffet dinner from 06:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

OliWino Restaurant is temporarily closed until further notice.

Akira Back Restaurant is closed on Mondays. Dinner is served Tuesday through Sunday from 07:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and brunch is available on Saturdays from 01:00 PM to 04:30 PM.

SoBe Bar is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 05:00 PM to 01:00 AM, Fridays from 05:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and Saturdays from 04:00 PM to 02:00 AM. Aether Bar is open on weekends from 04:00 PM to 02:00 AM, and W Lounge is open daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Room service is available 24 hours a day.

The WET Deck pool is open from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM, the beach from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM, the Kids' Club from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, and the Sisley Spa from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The gym and squash court are accessible 24 hours a day, with advance reservations required.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of AED 250.00 per pet, per stay. A maximum of one pet is permitted per room.
